To the Girl I Was

To the Girl I Was: An Annotation from the Margin is dedicated to sharing the lived experience of a woman living her life in the margin of heteronormativity. Through first-person narrative, this dance film blends aesthetic elements of movement, location, sound and the film-specific ability to manipulate time and space in digital storytelling.

This film features dancer Taylor Eddleston and original sound composition by Brantley Bacon.

This screendance is made possible by the Idaho Commission for the Arts (artsIDAHO) and the National Endowment for the Arts.
