Instructor: Bryanna Cross
In this class students will focus on their use of breath, spinal articulation, core conditioning, crosstraining turn-out rotators, and taking weight with different parts of the body as we play with a varying series of exercises and cultivate a special relationship to the floor. As a culminating practice we will work on developing a combination over the course of our four weeks together that explores our newfound relationship to the floor with dynamic directional changes and inversions that are sure to engage the mind and body. Each class will conclude with a brief cool down and/or mindful centering exercises to create a space for connectedness to the self and others.
